Submit Complaints
The complaints submission service was created by INTERBROKERS S.A. with the aim of ensuring proper service and fair treatment of its clients, based on good faith, through the collection and processing of any relevant information and data.
A "complaint" or "allegation" is defined as a written statement of dissatisfaction addressed to an insurance intermediary by a person who receives the services of the insurance intermediary, as defined by Law 4583/2018. The term "complaints" or "allegations" does not include claims notifications or requests for compensation, nor simple requests related to the execution of the insurance policy or the provision of information or clarifications.
Complaint Management Process
Your complaint can be submitted to our company either through the form below, either by sending it to the email: [email protected], or by mail or in person to our office at: INTERBROKERS S.A. Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers, Kapetan Goni 25, Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, Postal Code 55131.
Once we receive your complaint, you will receive a receipt of submission within 2 business days. The person responsible for managing your complaint is Ms. Aikaterini Moumgiakma (Tel: 2311240900, email: [email protected]).
The response to your complaint should not exceed fifty (50) days. If this deadline is exceeded, we will provide a written explanation for the delay, along with the estimated time for the completion of the complaint processing.
The activation of the complaint management mechanism does not interrupt the statute of limitations for your legal claims.
